Sinopsis
Already a half years have passed since Aizawa Kosaku, Shiraishi Megumi, Hiyama Mihoko and Kazuo Fujikawa assigned at University Hospital Shoyo. They only had three months of their education in the training program to become a doctor to fly and they have reached the intersection where they wish to continue their education after graduation
